Website Cancellation – Local Exposure App

Before you proceed with cancellation, please be aware of the following changes to your website services, including the termination of licenses for images, plugins, and themes. The table below summarises what you will no longer have access to. Your contract contains the full legal terms.

Image, Plugin, & Theme Licenses	❌	The licensed images, plugins, and themes integrated into the website remain our property and are provided under licenses owned by us. Following the final handover, any alterations to the website or new designs will require you to purchase your own licenses for these elements. Continued use of these licensed components without obtaining the necessary licenses may constitute copyright infringement.
Email Accounts (associated with the domain)	❌	Email accounts will be deactivated.
Website Backups	❌	We will no longer maintain backups of your website.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance	❌	We will no longer provide technical support, updates, or security monitoring.
SEO Services (if applicable)	❌	Any ongoing SEO work will cease.

Terms of Leaving

Local Exposure requires a three months notice period starting from the date of first contact requesting to cancel. Full settlement must be paid before any domains or design files are transferred, unless otherwise agreed with your account manager.
